Who We Are
Swap The Game Institute Pvt. Ltd. is an Impact Verification & Implementation Partner, working with NGOs, CSR initiatives and government systems to ensure that programs are not only designed, but effectively delivered, measured and verified on the ground.
Recognized under the Government of India’s Startup India initiative, STGI operates at the intersection of execution, capability and accountability — enabling institutions to convert intent into measurable, audit-ready outcomes.

Founder’s Background
The foundation of STGI is built on extensive, on-ground experience across leadership, training and large-scale program implementation.
The founder began his journey as a Fellow with Tata Trusts and YES Foundation, contributing to government-linked initiatives, including projects associated with the Chief Minister’s office of Maharashtra.
He has since been associated with national and development programs linked to organizations such as Plan International, UNICEF and UNDP, along with collaborations across NGOs, CSR initiatives and government systems.
His experience also includes working on CSR-led initiatives associated with organizations such as Asian Paints, Taj Group (IHCL), Hindustan Unilever (HUL), ACC, HSBC, HDB Financial Services and Epsilon.
He has further been engaged with major government skill development programs such as PMKVY and DDU-GKY, strengthening his understanding of public systems and large-scale implementation.
Over the years, he has delivered programs across 15+ states in India and brings additional international experience from the UAE and Saudi Arabia, along with a strong background in management and operations.
His early leadership experience as a Senior Under Officer in the NCC Army Wing, with ‘A’ grade certification, further shaped a disciplined and execution-driven approach to impact delivery.
This combined experience led to the establishment of Swap The Game Institute (STGI), focused on strengthening execution, capability and measurable impact at scale.
